Who you are buying from
SourceDesk is sold by Fortuna Streams Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14965200, registered office The Accountancy Partnership, Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London, England, E14 9NN ("we", "us"). Payment is taken by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt and VAT invoice.
What you get
- Self-install (£997): a licence to use SourceDesk for one business, the software download, the installation guide, lifetime updates and email help with installation.
- Done-for-you (£1,997): everything in Self-install, plus installation by us on your computer or server, import of one existing investor spreadsheet, a one-hour onboarding call, and 90 days of priority email support from the date of installation.
- Done-for-you Pro (£3,997): everything in Done-for-you, plus your branding applied, import of your existing deals, sourcers and documents, a team training session of up to two hours, 12 months of priority email support from installation, and a quarterly review call during those 12 months.
SourceDesk is for business use. Your use of the software is governed by the SourceDesk Software Licence included with the download.
Delivery
Self-install is delivered by download straight after payment. For Done-for-you we email you within one working day to book installation.
Refunds
- Self-install: if SourceDesk isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Done-for-you and Done-for-you Pro: full refund if you cancel before installation starts. After installation, the refund is limited to the Self-install price, within 14 days of purchase.
Updates and support
Updates are released as and when they are ready and are free for the life of the product. Support is by email at hello@sourcedesk.co.uk on working days.
Document templates
The agreement templates supplied with SourceDesk are starting points, not legal advice. Have your own solicitor review them before use.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
