Privacy policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

This policy covers the sourcedesk.co.uk website. The SourceDesk software itself runs on your own computer or server: we have no access to the data you put into it, and you are the controller of that data.

Who we are

Fortuna Streams Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14965200, registered office The Accountancy Partnership, Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London, England, E14 9NN. Contact: hello@sourcedesk.co.uk.

What we collect

The waiting list

If you join the SourceDesk waiting list, we collect your first name, your email address, what you source (from the list on the form), and a record of your consent: the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address you used.

Why: to tell you when SourceDesk is ready to buy, and to send occasional product news. We will not sell or share your details with anyone else for their own marketing.

Double opt-in: after you sign up we email you a link. You are only added to the list once you click it. If you don't confirm, your details are deleted.

Our email provider: the list is held, and our emails are sent, by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Brevo records whether our emails are delivered, opened and clicked, so we can tell whether they arrive. See Brevo's privacy policy.

How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 2 years after you join unless you become a customer. When you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again by mistake.

How to unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or email hello@sourcedesk.co.uk. It takes effect straight away.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics, and loads its fonts from our own server. The waiting-list form sends your details straight to Brevo and loads no Brevo code on this site. When the checkout is open, Lemon Squeezy's checkout and affiliate tracking may set cookies needed to complete your purchase and to credit a referrer.

Lawful basis

Replying to you and delivering your purchase: legitimate interests and contract. Keeping sales records: legal obligation. The waiting list and its emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
